Facebook, Instagram and WhatsApp users around the globe are reporting issues, with problems ranging from the inability to load photos to entire sites being down.
Facebook outages and issues are being reported throughout the worldwide. Most of the problems involve uploading or seeing photos, while others report the inability to see their newsfeeds and status or log on. The Instagram problems center on the newsfeed. The WhatsApp problems were mostly in connecting and sending and receiving messages.

Issues on the sites, all owned by Facebook, began around 8 a.m. EDT.
Instagram has acknowledged the issues in a post from its official account.

#FacebookDown and #InstagramDown #whatsapp Down were trending worldwide on Twitter, which is reportedly having its own issues.
Facebook, Instagram, and WhatsApp experienced a multi-hour outage in March. Those issues were blamed on a server configuration change.
