Call of Duty 2019 is almost here and will be revealed today. Recently Call Of Duty officially revealed a video clip giving a hint on the release of this year’s game.
Call of Duty’s production studio Infinity Ward is leading development of this year’s Call of Duty.
Rumor has it that this is expected to be the sequel of the Most famous and most awaited Modern Warfare. Other than that, details on where Call of Duty is headed in 2019 are scant.
On Twitter, the official Call of Duty account hinted that it was “going dark” and posted a short teaser video:
After this video release, Call of duty official social media pages changed their covers to Dark by saying “Going Dark”.
Modern warfare has been the most famous sequel of all times especially the launch of Call of Duty 4: Modern Warfare gave the massive boost to the franchise because of its engaging and intense Singleplayer campaign.
Last year’s Call of Duty that was called “Black Ops 4”, was an immense shift from the military shooter style. That game featured no single-player campaign which used to be the main player of success of Call of Duty and added a battle royale mode, Blackout, to multiplayer.
So after getting criticised for this shift and not getting that much fame as they used to in the past, Activision decided and confirmed that this year’s Call of Duty will see the return of single-player, saying the 2019 game will feature “an entirely new campaign, a huge and expansive multiplayer world, with some fun co-op gameplay.”
